Therapeutic Yoga

This form of yoga is particularly helpful for beginners or individuals who are returning to yoga after an illness, chemotherapy or other long absence. Classes are designed to allow people who have never done yoga or people with issues like fibromyalgia, lymphedema, high blood pressure, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy and similar limitations to enjoy the benefits of a gentle stretch. $8 per class.

Beginning Flow Yoga

This is class is for all those who have never done yoga before, are working with injuries or feel extremely inflexible, but want to learn the basic of yoga that moves with the breath.The class offers a fun and safe environment to explore yoga alignement, strength, flexibility, and balance postures. You should be able to get up and off the floor without much assistance, but also expect movements to be small and gentle. $8 per class.
