Therapeutic Yoga

A Certified Therapeutic Yoga Instructor offers this program for beginners.  This holistic approach targets the whole body and works well with those with limitations such as fibromyalgia, knee pain, dystonia, weakened muscles, high blood pressure and neuropathy.
