Therapeutic Yoga

A Certified Therapeutic Yoga Instructor offers this program for beginners.  This holistic approach targets the whole body and works well with those with limitations such as fibromyalgia, knee pain, dystonia, weakened muscles, high blood pressure and neuropathy. Heartsaver CPR and AED Class

Heartsaver CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements. This course is accredited by the American Heart Association and designed to meet OSHA requirements. Students will receive a course completion card that is valid for two years.
