Use the following form to send a personalized message to any patient at Pardee Hospital. Include the name and department/room number of your loved one, select a category for your message and include a personal note. Select the "submit" button to send your message.

- Please note that we are unable to deliver Messages to patients receiving treatment in the Emergency Department, Psychiatric Unit, Detox Unit or to patients receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing.

- To facilitate the delivery process, please be as specific as possible when referring to the location (department) of your loved one residing in the hospital.

Please note that the content of your Send a Message is not confidential and will be seen by staff members of Pardee Hospital . We reserve the right not to deliver a Message if deemed inappropriate. The utmost care will be taken to deliver Messages to those patients still residing under the care of Pardee Hospital , but in the case that a patient has already left our facility before a Message is received, the Message can unfortunately not be delivered. We are unable to deliver Messages to patients in our Emergency Department, Psychiatric Unit, Detox Unit, or to patients receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing. Pardee Hospital is not liable for those Messages delivered with content that has been deemed appropriate.
