This Gentle yoga class is developed to give people working with injuries, drastic body changes or debilitations, and stress a chance to relax with breath work, long holds and supported postures. The concept is to allow the muscles and ligaments to feel supported and not overly stressed in stretches by using props as a tool to relax the body in these postures and the mind to be free of negative thoughts. Yoga postures are done on the floor and with assistance of a chair, if needed. Mats and props are provided.
