For all levels, beginners to experienced yogis can attend this class. Strength & Stretch Yoga is a challenging class of consistent poses transitioning from one pose to the next with a focus on core strength and flexibility. We come deeper into the pose by holding the pose longer. We work on yoga poses strengthening specific muscle groups. During the class, you will be given clear instructions as to what is going on in your body anatomically as we move from one pose into the next, keeping any limitation you may have in mind. You must be able to get down on the floor and back up one to two times.
