As a community outreach program, the Pardee Health Education Center provides an array of low-cost to free services ranging from health fairs and screening events to seminars and support groups.
In cooperation with the American Cancer Society, the center offers a cancer resource room to help cancer patients in our community. The private fitting room allows any woman undergoing cancer treatment to obtain, at no charge, a wig, hat, turban, scarf, mastectomy bra or prosthesis. Community members are always welcome to donate items to the resource room.
The Pardee Health Education Center is located in the Blue Ridge Mall in Hendersonville, N.C., and is easily accessible with adequate parking to the public.
Many programs/screenings require advanced registration.
