Experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Hospital-employed practice opportunity for experienced Advanced Practitioner to provide clinical care for complex oncology patients with hemolytic malignancies. Provider acts as a liaison with the physician to promote consistent medical management of patients. Practice environment is a hospital affiliated outpatient and infusion center clinical setting. Competitive salary and benefits package, PTO, CME and dues allowance. Malpractice insurance provided.

Provides and monitors chemotherapy treatments including administration, toxicities, dosages and psychosocial issues. Performs bone marrow biopsy, lumbar punctures and other procedures as required. Performs nursing/medical interventions. Provider serves as the first line resource for patient calls, outside physicians and health providers. Triage patient calls, manage patients by phone or in office according to treatment plan for patients. Provide physical examinations, coordinate outpatient care/treatment, patient/family education. Provides excellent and compassionate patient care.

Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine

 The following practice opportunities are available for Board-Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians:

Critical Care Intensivist for full week or weekend coverage rotation on long-term 1x per month basis. Duties include providing nutrition support team management, diagnostic and other assessments and evaluations, procedures as applicable, including but not limited to, thoracentesis, central lines, bronchoscopy, chest tube insertions in 8-bed ICU.  Must be board-certified/or board eligible within 5 years of training in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.

Full Time Pulmonary Medicine/Critical Care Medicine/Sleep Medicine physician needed for combination inpatient and outpatient practice opportunity (Sleep Medicine practice optional). Call 1:3. Convenient outpatient practice located adjacent to Hospital.

Emergency Medicine

Hendersonville Emergency Consultants, an established democratic physician-owned group, has available practice opportunities for Emergency Medicine physicians. Must be EM residency trained and be ABEM or AOBEM certified or board eligible within five years of residency training. Competitive salary with 401K, short track to shareholder status (with profit sharing bonuses and generous CME/business account), paid malpractice insurance including Tail Coverage, as well as lifestyle emphasis with eight and nine hour shifts. HEC contracts solely with Margaret R. Pardee Memorial Hospital to provide Emergency Medicine Services.

Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Hendersonville Emergency Consultants, an established democratic physician-owned group, has available practice opportunities for an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA-C), or Nurse Practitioner. Must have current experience in Emergency Medicine and active North Carolina license. Competitive salary and benefits including CME allowance and 401K employer contribution. HEC contracts solely with Margaret R. Pardee Memorial Hospital to provide Emergency Medicine Services.

Endocrinology

Opportunity for BC/BE* General Endocrinologist for solo outpatient practice opportunity. Availability of on-site radiology and radiation therapy physicians and technicians providing bone densitometry and thyroid ultrasound.

Hospitalist

Join established physician-owned group in providing inpatient services at Margaret R. Pardee Memorial Hospital in beautiful Hendersonville, NC. BC/BE* Internal Medicine residency required. Competitive salary, flexible scheduling options including full-time and part-time, no practice overhead expenses. Option to establish a combination of outpatient primary care practice with hospitalist rotation if desired.

Internal Medicine

Outpatient practice opportunity for BC/BE Internist in hospital-employed or private practice. Hospital-employed opportunity includes base salary with wRVU incentive, malpractice insurance and full benefits, relocation allowance.

OB/GYN

Practice opportunity for Board-Certified/Board Eligible* Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join busy hospital-owned outpatient practice. 1:3 hospital call rotation. Practice is located close to Pardee Hospital. Competitive base salary plus wRVU incentive. Malpractice insurance, cme and dues allowance provided. Relocation allowance available.
