Tournament of Champions

12th Annual Golf Tournament was a success!

Pardee Hospital Foundation has successfully completed the 12th Annual Tournament of Champions. The tournament was held at Kenmure Country Club on Monday May 21st. The player spots for this year’s tournament were filled and at an all-time high.

The money raised this year will go toward purchasing surgical equipment for vascular procedures at Pardee Hospital. Vascular surgery procedures can prevent strokes, aneurysms, and can treat vascular disease. These procedures are often life saving and it is important to have the most up-to-date equipment.

This year’s Tournament of Champions raised $91,400 and had over 136 participants. The major sponsors included AIG/VALIC/Larry Scott, Carolina First Bank, Hendersonville Surgical Associates, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. of Hickory, Teddi Segal, Merrill Lynch/Bill Gold, SunTrust Bank, Times-News, and Wright McGraw Beyer Architects.
