Outright Giving

Gifts of cash are the most common form of outright gifts to Pardee Foundation. However, there are many creative and tax-wise ways in which outright gifts can be made. For example, gifts of appreciated securities, real estate, or other property may provide additional financial and tax benefits for the donor. Furthermore, under appropriate circumstances, gifts of closely held business interests, tangible personal property, fractional interests in property, and life insurance policies present unique planning opportunities.
