ICU

The Pardee ICU is a specialized eight bed unit where adult patients with medical, surgical, or cardiac problems receive maximum medical attention at all times. Our critical care nurses, along with technicians and support staff utilize the latest technologies and advanced life support equipment to create a therapeutic environment for healing utilizing a holistic approach.

Intensive Care visiting hours are limited to 15 minutes during the hours of 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. No more than two people may visit a patient at one time.

Caring Connection

ICU Caring Connection is a program designed to assist family members of critically ill or injured patients in our Intensive Care Unit.

Through the Caring Connection we strive to:

• Improve families' understanding of diagnoses and treatments of the patient
• Include family members in the decision making process regarding care given to the patient
• Provide a comfortable environment for family members waiting between visits
