Psychiatric Services

Pardee Hospital’s Psychiatric Services is a 21-bed inpatient unit providing short-term crisis stabilization. Our goal is to restore patients to maximum well-being in the least restrictive environment. Program therapies and activities are designed to facilitate the development of effective coping skills, encourage independence and self-reliance, and provide education in the management of mental illness.

At Pardee Hospital's Psychiatric Services Department, we believe in giving our patients the tools to acknowledge their past and believe in their future.  Patients will find a calm and caring environment for their recovery and are actively involved in treatment.  Our treatment philosophy centers on our belief in treating the whole person.  Patients in our care will be supported, encouraged and engaged throughout their treatment.

Referrals are accepted 24 hours a day by calling:  1-800-697-0305 or (828) 696-4250.  Psychiatric Services welcomes referrals for individuals aged 18 and older.  Referrals may be made by primary care providers, emergency departments, and mental health professionals.
