In 2001, the National Cancer Institute (NCI) issued the nationwide cancer community a challenge goal: eliminate the suffering and death due to cancer by 2015.
The mission of the Comprehensive Cancer
Center at Pardee is to support the National
Cancer Institute goal to ultimately eliminate
suffering and death due to cancer in
Henderson County and the western region
of North
