Family Health Center is a full-service health care
clinic that provides quality medical care for you
and your family. 
Our
team of physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologist,
nurse and professional staff take pride
in the personal care we provide. We treat patients
for acute illness and injuries, annual physicals,
obstetrical and gynecologic exams, minor surgical
services, blood
tests, preventative medical care, pain management,
counseling as well as care for infants and children.
If a patient needs hospital care, all our physicians
are affiliated with Pardee Hospital. Your doctor
can continue to care for you at the hospital
if necessary.
Location
Conveniently located in the Pardee Medical Office Building located on Sixth Avenue near Oak Street. Our office is just a short walk from Pardee Hospital. To enter take Sixth Avenue, turn North on Oak Street. Entrance is on the right.
