Pardee Pavilion (Adult Day Health Services)

Pavilion is a Joint Commission accredited adult
day care facility. 
The Pavilion
offers a safe, protective and stimulating
environment that provides
daytime activities, health care and health
monitoring, healthy meals and
socialization for adults with physical
or mental impairments. The
Pavilion believes that through offering
quality daytime care, they are
able to provide support to family caregivers
by supporting the care for
impaired adults with the resolve of "changing
how you live, not where
you live." Services include health
monitoring, meals, snacks, bathing
and personal care assistance. Benefits
to participants include: planned
and structured activities, socialization,
wellness and health
screenings, peaceful areas for those who
prefer to rest, secured areas
for walking and gardening activities, assistance
with medication
administration and personal care. Light
breakfast, a noon meal and
afternoon snack are provided.
The Pavilion is located in Flat Rock, next to the Pardee Care Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, on College Drive.
Pardee Pavilion is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Participant's per day rate is based upon the level of care required. Our family services coordinator will complete an individual assessment of needs and schedule an initial trial visit to the center for new participants.
