Pardee Urgent Care and Outpatient Rehab Services are located on 212 Thompson Street, near the Epic Theater off Four Seasons Blvd.
Four Seasons Blvd. is also state Highway 64, which intersects with Interstate Highway 26 at Exit 49. From the exit, go west on 64 West approximately 1/8 miles and turn RIGHT at the intersection of Four Seasons Blvd. and Thompson Street (just past Bojangles Restaurant). Go another 1/8 mile and turn into the large shopping center. You will see signage for both Pardee Urgent Care and Pardee Rehab & Wellness Center.
The entrance for Pardee Urgent Care is on the left, and for Pardee Outpatient Rehab Services, on the right.
