Payment for Services

• Payment is expected at the time of your visit.
• We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• We accept Medicare assignment and participate with a number of managed care programs. Please ask to see if we participate with your managed care insurance company. Co-payment is due at the time of service.
• Our office files applicable health insurance claims as a courtesy to you. This does not promise payment to us by your insurance company. Therefore, we ask for payment at the time of service.
• Medicaid Carolina Access is welcome with approval from primary care physician. Applicable co-payment is due at time of service.
• We file Workers Compensation claims authorized by employer.
• You are responsible for claims that are unpaid due to failure to notify your insurance company, for no response, or non-payment by your insurance company.
