Pardee Wound Healing Center

More than five million Americans suffer from a non-healing wound caused by diabetes, poor circulation, pressure ulcers, traumatic injuries or other conditions. When a wound resists healing, the pain can become severe and sometimes debilitating. Everyday activities can become a challenge.  Pardee Wound Healing Center

The Wound Healing Center at Pardee is dedicated to serving patients with chronic or non-healing wounds of all types. Pardee’s highly specialized team includes a physician, a clinical nurse specialist and a nurse practitioner, both of whom are nationally certified in wound and ostomy care. When specialists are involved in treatment, wounds heal faster and more completely with less likelihood of returning.

Ongoing collaboration with diabetes education and physical therapy will ensure each patient receives an individualized, comprehensive treatment plan. Additionally, patients receive education on the proper care of the wound to prevent reoccurrence. The goal of treatment is to facilitate healing of problematic wounds using the latest medicines and clinically proven treatment methods.
