Anyone who has ever suffered through a wedding or night on the town knows they can be painful.  But, just how high is the price women are paying for fashion? Dr. Pam Allen, an orthopedic surgeon with Blue Ridge Bone & Joint will discuss the far reaching effects that shoes have on our bodies, how we can recognize the signs of a problem, and how to keep our feet happy throughout our life at Take Time, Take Charge - an event for all women.  Pam Allen, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon with Blue Ridge Bone & Joint in Hendersonville.  Dr. Allen received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C.
