The Pardee Hospital’s Orthopedics Center of Excellence was honored Friday afternoon with the presentation of the HealthGrades Awards for Orthopedic Surgery and Joint Replacement Excellence. These awards are reserved for hospital units that perform in the top 10% of the nation and are an indication of the overall quality clinical care that Pardee strives for.
Speakers for the event were Pat Ashe on how nursing and physicians made the award happen, Dr. Robert Kiskaddon on how quality and patient experience go hand-in-hand and HealthGrades representative Sarah Lewis on what the HealthGrades award meant in regards to quality, prestige and public opinion.
