WLOS features Footsteps to Fitness

WLOS recently featured the Footsteps to Fitness program on Health Alerts. The program began Monday, Jan. 2, to kick off a new year of healthy lifestyles. Footsteps to Fitness is a walking program to help keep members of the community active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Participants will keep a log of their walking minutes throughout the year while enjoying various prize incentives.
