Dear Mr. Hoce (President/CEO, Pardee Hospital):
We are new patients with Pardee Family Medicine Associates in Fletcher and thought I’d take an opportunity to write you with my impressions. I believe that it would be important to you, as CEO to hear, first-hand from a patient, as consumer impressions of your facilities and staff could impact your organization, either way. My family and I moved to Western North Carolina from the Olympic town of Lake Placid, New York. There, we believe that customer service is “King”. A patient/customer that’s happy and treated like family will return again and again. The front desk personnel, Sarah & Logan gave us a warm greeting. They took time ask about our health goals and desires. They were truly interested in our health goals and objectives and how they and Pardee could help. Professionalism, customer service the Carnegie-approach personified. Since that first time, Drs. Jablecki and Reguyal and their staff always take the time to greet me, ask about my family and my health. The listening skills there are fantastic! The medical staff, Melanie and Kim is completely professional and they are wonderful Pardee representatives as well! Even in these uncertain economic times, everyone is trying to entice business their way, including healthcare. Because of your doctors and their staff in Fletcher, we choose to receive our great medical care at Pardee Family Medicine Associates, where we believe, we are part of the family. In Lake Placid parlance, “A gold medal for customer service and great medical care awarded to Team PARDEE and Pardee Family Medicine Associates!
