We filmed a pilot
healthy cooking TV show for Pardee Hospital last night called “Appalachian Eats” up at Grand Highlands on Bearwallow Mountain
The premise is how to cook local foods, purchased locally in a healthy/health conscious way.
We are using local food from farmers markets and the chefs are also local. Starr Teel from Hubba Hubba
did the pilot episode which was hosted by Ariel Glassman.
We will be presenting the show to Public Television and some other networks, the show is being filmed by The Obsidian Collective
. Stay tuned for updates! Here are some stills from the filming.
