Pardee will present "A Method to the Madness" on Thursday, May 2, at 6 p.m. at the Pardee Signature Care Center at the Blue Ridge Mall. This race panel of experts will help prepare runners who are training, or those who are interested in training, for the Mad Mountain Mud Run and other upcoming road and adventure races in the area.
Attendees will learn how to prepare their body, select the best footwear and choose the right gear to ensure a successful and fun race experience. The expert race panel of area partners will cover a number of topics including:

"A Method to the Madness" is free to the public with limited space available. Attendees can register to attend as a team of four or as an individual runner. The first two teams of four to register will be eligible for a free race entry for the Mad Mountain Mud Run from Pardee. Only teams not already registered for the Mad Mountain Mud Run can win a free entry for their team members. Attendees could also receive prizes from Mad Mountain Mud Run race sponsors.
