Marilee Arnold, MSN

Chief Nursing Officer 

Marilee Arnold joined UNC Health Pardee in December 2020 as the Administrative Nursing Director over the Emergency Department, PATHS, Clinical Education and Trauma departments and began serving as CNO in an interim capacity in February 2023.

As CNO, she oversees daily operational, administrative and nursing procedures. She focuses on coordinating and maintaining the functionality of the nursing department and serves as the voice and advocate for the entire nursing staff. Marilee earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Wyoming and her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN.
