Pardee UNC Health Care to Host Free UNC Cancer Network Lunch and Learn Event on Friday, Sept. 29

Lunch and learn event will discuss “Managing Financial Toxicity When Facing Cancer”

Pardee UNC Health Care will host a free UNC Cancer Network Lunch and Learn videoconference event for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. The session, "Managing Financial Toxicity When Facing Cancer," will take place on Friday, Sept. 29 from 12 to 1 p.m. in Pardee Hospital’s video conference room, located at 800 N. Justice Street, Hendersonville. The lecture will discuss how to face the expenses, anxiety and uncertainty when confronting large and unpredictable costs of cancer treatment. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
