Pardee UNC Health Care to Host Free Diabetes Seminar on Thursday, Nov. 14
Pardee UNC Health Care will host a free diabetes seminar on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Henderson County Health Sciences Center, located at 805 6th Avenue West in Hendersonville, on the second floor in room 2003. Board-certified endocrinologist Dr. David Herminghuysen will discuss diabetes prevention, control and day-to-day management. Registered dietitian Ryane Greene will also discuss the importance of nutrition specifically tailored for those with prediabetes and diabetes.
