Pardee UNC Health Care will celebrate and recognize its employees at “Pardee Night” with the Asheville Tourists baseball team on Friday, July 19 at McCormick Field, located at 30 Buchanan Place in Asheville. The Tourists will play the Rome Braves at 7:05 p.m. The event will include $1 hot dogs and a fireworks display after the game. Pardee Team Member of the Year, Leann Noakes, RN, CCRP, a cancer care navigator at the Pardee Cancer Center, will throw the game’s first pitch. Team Member of the Year is chosen from the group of Team Member of the Month recipients, which recognizes employees who demonstrate outstanding service and dedication to their patients, customers, peers, the organization and the community.
“Pardee Night with the Asheville Tourists is a fun way for us to celebrate and recognize our hardworking team members,” said Jay Kirby, president and CEO of Pardee. “We encourage our staff and their families and friends to join us for a night of baseball, socializing, food and fireworks.”
