Pardee Family and Sports Medicine Now Open in Mills River

Pardee UNC Health Care hosted an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony at its newest practice, Pardee Family and Sports Medicine located at 3334 Boylston Hwy Ste. 2 in Mills River. The practice is conveniently located beside Ingles and Pardee Urgent Care.

“We recognize the importance and growth of Mills River and are committed to making Pardee the health care system of choice in this community,” said Dr. David Ellis, Chief Medical Officer, Pardee UNC Health Care. “This new facility will be anchored by Dr. Kyle Judkins, a board-certified family medicine physician, who also has a fellowship in sports medicine. Mills River deserves quality health care close to home. We are excited about the growth in Mills River and Pardee’s expansion to provide the care that is needed in this community.” The practice offers primary care and sports medicine services to adults and children of all ages. Dr. Kyle Judkins is accepting new patients. The practice is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Call 828-694-8150 to schedule an appointment.

  • Labor and Birth Class

    Expectant parents learn to prepare for the challenges of birth, including the labor and delivery process, relaxation and breathing techniques, positioning and comfort measures. A tour of the Women's and Children's Center is included.
