Pardee UNC Health Care Expands Primary Care Services, Will Open Pardee Primary Care Arden in April

6 new providers join Pardee’s Primary Care Network

Pardee UNC Health Care is excited to announce that it is expanding primary care services with the addition of Pardee Primary Care Arden. The practice, located at 2775 Hendersonville Rd., will open in early April 2021.

“Pardee is honored to be able to offer additional health care options to residents of both Henderson and Buncombe County,” said Dr. David Ellis, chief medical officer, Pardee UNC Health Care. “The six providers joining our primary care network in Arden represent a diverse group of highly trained professionals who have a long history of providing a range of advanced care to adults and children.”

Pardee Primary Care - Arden will offer primary care medical services to adults and children of all ages including complete physical exams, preventative medical care, treatment and management of chronic diseases, dietary counseling and weight management, mental health care, including diagnosis and treatment of stress, anxiety, depression and other emotional health conditions, among others.

Family medicine physicians Susana Barrero Arroyo, M.D., Laura Hill, M.D., James “Jim” Lowery, M.D., Christina McDonald, M.D., Andrew Runkle, M.D., and Christopher Sander, M.D. will staff the practice. Details about how to establish care, including scheduling appointments, will be shared after Feb. 15. Most insurance will be accepted at this new practice.
