As a member of the Pardee engineering team, his teammates have observed that he always maintains a smile and a friendly, compassionate, "we'll get this done" attitude. In addition to his friendly personality, his colleagues have noticed that Butch has transformed the Engineering team which has a direct impact on both the patient and team member experience here at Pardee.
