Butch Bradley Named Pardee UNC Health Care Leader of the Quarter

Butch Bradley, Director of Engineering has been named Pardee's Leader of the Quarter.

As a member of the Pardee engineering team, his teammates have observed that he always maintains a smile and a friendly, compassionate, "we'll get this done" attitude. In addition to his friendly personality, his colleagues have noticed that Butch has transformed the Engineering team which has a direct impact on both the patient and team member experience here at Pardee. Butch is very skilled at making everyone feel valued and as if their needs are the most important.
