Adam Fisher Named Leader of the Quarter for UNC Health Pardee

UNC Health Pardee has announced Adam Fisher, administrative director of the specialty provider network, as its Leader of the Quarter. In this role, Adam focuses on executing provider network strategy, expansion, physician engagement and program leadership to meet organizational goals.
Adam has been with Pardee for more than 12 years and said he was drawn to the organization because of its commitment to positively impact the health of the communities it serves. He said his favorite part of his job is working with the people on his team and motivating them to realize their goals and ambitions. His colleagues admire him for his encouragement, support and empowerment, sharing, “he encourages us not to be complacent and consistently asks how he can support us and wants us to succeed at our goals.”
The Leader of the Quarter award is given to a Pardee teammate in a position of director or higher. The recipient positively contributes to achieving the organization’s mission, vision and goals. This person is selected by a committee of their peers and recognized for going above and beyond their regular duties to support patients, customers, peers, the organization and its community. The Leader of the Quarter award showcases the many different roles of keeping a health system, like Pardee, operating and delivering patient-centered, quality care.
