UNC Health Pardee Welcomes Dr. Mayu Toner Roberts to Pardee BlueMD

UNC Health Pardee continues to expand its primary care network with the addition of Mayu Toner Roberts, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician, to its growing team. Dr. Toner Roberts is currently accepting new patients at Pardee BlueMD - 805 Fairview Rd. in Asheville, further enhancing the accessibility and quality of healthcare services for the region.

Dr. Toner Roberts said she chose Pardee BlueMD because its mission of providing comprehensive medical care to all persons regardless of socioeconomic status aligns with her goals as a provider. “I believe in providing quality healthcare services while taking a holistic approach to patient care,” Dr. Roberts said. “I treat each patient with respect, prioritizing shared decision-making and meeting patients where they are.” She said she enjoys the complexities of internal medicine, effectively managing multiple comorbidities, and sharing the knowledge between specialists and primary care providers to treat the patient best. When not seeing patients, Dr. Toner Roberts enjoys hiking with her family to explore all Western North Carolina has to offer.
