UNC Health Pardee Welcomes Fellowship-Trained Neurologist Dr. Ben Rardin

Ben Rardin, MDUNC Health Pardee is expanding access to specialty care with the addition of Ben Rardin, M.D., a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in neuromuscular medicine. Dr. Rardin is now seeing patients at Pardee Neurology Associates, located at 2775 Hendersonville Road, Suite 250, in Arden.

A native of Asheville, Dr. Rardin brings a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for helping patients better understand their neurological conditions. He enjoys working closely with patients and their families to develop personalized and informed treatment plans. “I feel privileged to care for the people of Western North Carolina,” said Dr. Rardin. “Neurology can be complex and challenging, but my goal is always to listen well, explain clearly, and help guide patients through their care with confidence.”

Dr. Rardin earned his medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine internship and neurology residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, followed by a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine at Wake Forest. His clinical interests include neuromuscular disorders such as ALS, myasthenia gravis, muscle disease, and neuropathy, as well as the use of diagnostic neuromuscular ultrasound and EMG testing. In his free time, Dr. Rardin enjoys cooking, biking, hiking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with his wife and two children.
