Jheri Rea, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant focused on neurology; her goal is to support patients through the process and help them achieve the best possible quality of life. “I am excited to join an organization that is growing, investing in its providers, and providing the support and resources needed to deliver excellent patient care,” shared Jheri. In her free time, Jheri enjoys running, reading, homeschooling her daughter, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog.
Jheri is accepting new patients at Pardee Neurology Associates in Arden. To schedule an appointment, call 828-694-4552.
Jennifer Jones, DO, has joined Pardee as a NeuroHospitalist Medical Director. Dr. Jones will provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for inpatient neurological services, with a focus on the development, implementation, and maintenance of UNC Health Pardee's certified stroke program. Dr. Jones said, "I look forward to helping develop a neurohospitalist program focused on caring for patients during their acute neurological illnesses by implementing the latest evidence-based care for acute stroke and neurological emergencies. Stroke remains a leading cause of adult disability and death in the U.S., and improving neurological care during hospitalization results in better patient outcomes."
Dr. Jones completed a neurophysiology fellowship at Emory University and is dual board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in neurology and clinical neurophysiology.
