UNC Health Pardee Expands Primary Care Network with Addition of Three New Providers to Pardee BlueMD

UNC Health Pardee is pleased to welcome three new primary care providers to Pardee BlueMD: Jeanne Lumpkin, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician to Pardee BlueMD - 277 N. Broad St. in Brevard, Ashley McNicholas, DO, a board-certified family medicine physician to Pardee BlueMD - 1824 Pisgah Dr. in Laurel Park, and board-certified physician assistant Emily Watson, PA-C, to Pardee BlueMD - 21 Turtle Creek Dr. in Asheville.

Jeanne Lumpkin, MD, provides comprehensive primary care for adult patients, with clinical interests in weight loss and nutrition, osteoporosis management, and mood disorders. She believes in building long-term relationships and practicing shared decision-making with her patients. “My goal is to understand what matters most to each patient and use the best available evidence to create a treatment plan that fits their needs, supports their lifestyle and helps them achieve the best possible outcomes,” said Dr. Lumpkin. In her free time, Dr. Lumpkin enjoys hiking, camping, biking, boating, running, and spending time with her family.

Ashley McNicholas, DO, focuses on lifestyle and preventative medicine, chronic disease management, integrative medicine, and women's health. She will be providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Dr. McNicholas is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. In her free time, she enjoys learning new skills, gardening, cooking, soap making, and exploring the outdoors with her two dogs.
