UNC Health Pardee Expands Specialty Network with Two New Providers

UNC Health Pardee is pleased to welcome Nicole Montalvo, PA-C, a board-certified physician assistant, to Rheumatology at Pardee, A Department of Pardee Hospital, and Lauren Beaudry, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, to Carolina Lung and Sleep at Pardee, A Department of Pardee Hospital.

Nicole Montalvo, PA-C, provides collaborative, evidence-based care for patients with arthritis, autoimmune diseases, and other rheumatological conditions. Montalvo shared, "I am driven by a commitment to helping patients feel confident and supported in managing their chronic conditions."

Montalvo earned her physician assistant degree from Wingate University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, fly-fishing with my fiancé, and exploring the beauty of Western North Carolina with her two dogs.

Lauren Beaudry, FNP-C is focused on pulmonary and sleep medicine, with a specialty in pulmonary hypertension. "I want to be an advocate for my patients and work together as a team to identify the needs and goals of each individual patient," said Beaudry.

She received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Duke University and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, Beaudry enjoys yoga, music, the arts, exploring international cuisines, and spending time with family, friends, and her two rescue dogs.
