UNC Health Pardee Reopens Mills River Urgent Care and Primary Care Offices

UNC Health Pardee has reopened its Pardee Urgent Care and Pardee BlueMD Primary Care offices at Mills River Plaza, located at 3334 Boylston Highway, following a temporary relocation due to smoke conditions in the area. Both clinics officially resume operations at their original location today, January 16, 2026.

The reopening marks the return of convenient, high-quality care for Mills River and surrounding communities. During the temporary closure, urgent and primary care services were provided at alternate locations to ensure continuity of care for patients. The temporary urgent care location at Mission Pardee Health Campus in Arden is now closed.

“We’re grateful for the community’s patience and understanding while we temporarily relocated,” said Johnna Reed, Chief Administrative Officer, UNC Health Pardee. “We’re pleased to welcome patients back to these two Mills River locations and continue offering the compassionate, expert care they rely on in their neighborhood.”
