If you or your child has an ear, nose or throat condition, our board-certified otolaryngologists (ear, nose and throat surgeons, also called ENT surgeons) are experienced in procedures to relieve pain and improve quality of life. Our ENT surgeons perform both traditional and laser-assisted surgeries for adults and children.

Ear, nose and throat treatments
Our experienced, caring surgeons and team perform the following procedures:

Bilateral myringotomy tubes (BMT) to treat frequent ear infections usually seen in children

Stapedectomy/mastoidectomy, an inner ear surgery most commonly performed on adults

Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (or balloon simuplasty), a minimally invasive procedure to treat recurrent sinus inflammation

Cancer treatments for the head and neck area

Nose surgery, including:

Septoplasty, a procedure to correct crooked portions of the nasal septum

Rhinoplasty, a reconstructive/plastic procedure of nose shape

Removal of skin lesions on the head and neck area, with reconstruction

Throat surgery, including:

Direct laryngoscopy, a procedure using a microscope or a fiber optic endoscope to examine or operate on inner portion of the throat

Removal of tonsils and/or adenoids, particularly for children with frequent inflammation and infection of the tonsils and/or adenoids

Tonsillectomy or removal of other tissue in the upper airway to treat sleep apnea (our surgeons work closely with the Pardee Sleep Center)
