Aquatic therapy, or pool therapy, includes gentle, low-impact exercises performed in the pool with a therapist. Aquatic therapy is useful for a wide variety of conditions, such as:

- Chronic back pain and lumbar stabilization

Aquatic Therapy Locations
We have aquatic facilities in Hendersonville, Arden and Turtle Creek. All therapy sessions are one-on-one so you can closely interact with your therapist. Here’s what each of our locations has to offer:
Hendersonville:
This location has a 16' x 8' x 4'6" deep pool. The water temperature is about 90 degrees and there is an underwater treadmill, swim jets, underwater video cameras, hydromassage jets and a 400-pound capacity lift for people who have difficulty with steps.
Arden:
This location has a 11'5" x 21' x 7' deep pool with a current to provide resistance for walking, running or swimming. The water temperature is maintained at 92 to 93 degrees.
Asheville:
This location has a 18' x 58' pool ranging from 3'6" to 6' deep. The water temperature is 89 degrees and there is a 400-pound capacity lift for people who have difficulty using steps. The location also has a 9' circular hot tub that is kept at 102 degrees.
