The Pardee Hospital Pharmacy Medication Management Clinic is committed to helping improve your quality of life through our programs. If there is not an ambulatory clinical pharmacist in your primary care provider’s office, this clinic’s pharmacists work closely with your primary care and specialist providers to optimize the medications that they prescribe.
