Pardee Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Mills River offers elective, outpatient surgery services to provide convenient access to surgical care within our Western NC region.

Spinal Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Spine Surgery

Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF): Surgery to remove a degenerative or herniated disc in the neck
Back surgery for conditions such as herniated disc and spondylolisthesis
Cervical Corpectomy
Cervical Arthroplasty (Disc Replacement)
Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar Discectomies: procedure where part of the herniated disc is removed to relieve pressure on the spinal cord or nerve root
Kyphoplasty/Vertebral Bone Biopsy: A procedure where a cement-like substance is injected into vertebrae that stabilizes fractures or strengthens areas weakened by osteoporosis, trauma or a tumor
Laminectomy and Laminotomy: A procedure where part of the vertebral bone is removed to relieve pressure on the spinal cord
