Urgent Care Wait Times
Pardee UNC Health Care now offers an online reservation system allowing you to wait where you feel most comfortable. Choose a convenient time online and we’ll reserve your spot at one of our Urgent Care locations. We will send you a email reminder before your reserved spot.
Wait times are estimates of the amount of time you may wait between registering at the front desk and being seen by a nurse to start your care.
*Please note: Patients are seen based on severity of condition, not based on arrival or reservation time.

New accurate, reliable and rapid 4-in-1 COVID-19 tests are now available.
Peace of Mind: You don’t have any symptoms but need clearance for return-to-work or travel, or simply want a test to feel comfortable gathering with friends and family.
Feeling Sick: COVID-19, Flu A, Flu B, and RSV (a common respiratory virus) are all viruses that present with very similar symptoms but require very different approaches to treatment. It’s important to determine which virus you may have and therefore the best course of action to get you feeling good again.
About the 4-in-1 Xpert® Xpress SARS-CoV-2 Test: Providing COVID-19 + Flu A + Flu B + RSV all in one swab and one test, with results available within one hour.
Cepheid, the manufacturer of the Xpert® Xpress molecular test, is unlike any other rapid test available to date. With a 97.9% accuracy rate, it offers high sensitivity to positively detect the virus that causes COVID-19 in respiratory specimens.
Pardee has invested in the equipment necessary to not only make this available for patients at the hospital, but easily accessible for the community to access at the Pardee Urgent Care locations in Brevard, Fletcher and Hendersonville. Learn more about the test, https://youtu.be/TfKsIyfS4oI.
Results are available in one hour and will be provided via text and/or your online My UNC Chart account so there is no need to wait in the office.
When should I go to Urgent Care?
Urgent care clinics are not a substitute for primary care physicians. If you do not have a primary care physician, view our Find A Physician page to help locate one that is convenient to where you work, live or play.
For prompt medical attention due to injuries or illnesses that are not life-threatening and cannot wait for an appointment with your regular physician, our convenient urgent care locations are a great option for you and your family.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please visit the Pardee Emergency Department or call 911.
