Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Employee Service Appreciation & Recognition Banquet
Pardee celebrates teammates during an annual recognition banquet and awards ceremony. Service appreciation awards are based on length of service (5-year minimum) and are given at 5-year intervals. The ceremony also recognizes the Teammate of the Year and other employee award winners.
