Why did you choose to work in health care?
I love helping people, whether it's my patients or my co-workers. It's fulfilling to know that I have a positive impact and make a difference in people's lives.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I review and adjust schedules and orders so that breast imaging runs as smoothly as they can daily. Pardee is excited to be able to offer even more opportunities for women to schedule their annual mammogram with our new Mammo on the Go mobile service.
I call patients with results to get them scheduled for additional appointments. I also act as a support liaison and communicator for staff, patients, doctors, other departments, etc., and I perform mammography and biopsy exams as needed. Whatever is needed, I'm here for it!
What do you enjoy most about working at Pardee?
I feel supported at Pardee. The front-line staff and my management team all have the same goal of taking care of our patients first and foremost.
What is a surprising fact about yourself?
I'm a first-time grandmother! I have a little five-month-old grandbaby and I can’t wait to watch her grow up.
