UNC Health Pardee employed physician and advanced practice provider (NP/PA-C) positions offer competitive compensation and an excellent referral network. Benefits may include sign-on, production incentive bonus, CME & Dues allowance, FT or PT/B hospital benefits package, Paid Time Off (PTO), and relocation assistance. Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Pardee employees are eligible to participate in a Employee Assistance Program. The program is optional and paid for by UNC Health. Learn more about Employee Assistance Programs or contact 855-394-5547. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Employee Recognition Celebration

Pardee offers employees an annual recognition celebration and awards. These awards are based on length of service (5-year minimum) and are given at 5-year intervals.
