Expectant parents learn to prepare for the challenges of birth, including the labor and delivery process, relaxation and breathing techniques, positioning and comfort measures. A tour of Pardee Women & Children’s Center is included. Class is free of charge.
We will adhere to Blue Ridge Community College’s inclement weather policies. In the event of inclement weather, classes will not be held when Blue Ridge Community College is closed.
