Keeping you connected to your healthcare

Convenient access to medical care is available without having to leave your home. Perfect for when you’re not feeling well, don’t have transportation, or just can’t make it to the office.

Virtual visits are provided via a private and secure online video chat. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera and internet. If you can navigate to a website, you can visit virtually with your provider.

Find a Provider

Virtual visits are easy!

  1. Have your smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera and internet ready and available.
  2. Call your provider's practice to request a virtual visit.
  3. Follow clear and easy directions that the practice office will provide. You'll then be connected to a virtual visit with your provider.

Virtual Visit FAQ

What is a virtual visit?

A virtual visit safely and securely connects you directly to your or your child’s provider through a live video system. You and the provider will be able to see and hear one another.

What type of device will work for a virtual visit?

There are a variety of options available for use in order to take advantage of virtual visits. These include: iPhone or Android devices, iPads, tablets, laptops and computers.

What else do I need to have for a virtual visit?

Our staff will provide easy instructions to help you get connected to your visit. It is important that you have a strong internet connection, or strong signal when using cellular phones, and that the device you are using has a camera and microphone. Chrome or Firefox web browsers work best for virtual visits on a computer or laptop.

Are virtual visits (telehealth) covered by insurance?

Many insurance companies provide coverage for telehealth but you should check with your insurance company to verify your specific coverage. If the service is covered, we will bill in the same manner as regular office visits and you will receive a billing statement for any applicable co-pays.

I’ve not been seen by a Pardee provider before, can I use a virtual visit as a new patient?

Yes. Please contact the office of the preferred provider or locationof where you’d like to be established as a patient.  Our staff will collect your information and schedule a virtual visit.
